Day 2: A lot of "I" States

Day 2 of the drive east was 200 miles shorter than day 1. We drove through Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. Iowa was pretty with it's rolling hills. I don't really remember Illinois being that different from Iowa- they all just started running together. Indiana was pretty ghetto, at least the little part that we drove through. I-94 in Michigan is a terrible road with many pot holes. The awesome part about Michigan was stopping in Madison Heights near Detroit where my sister Katie and her husband Seth live. We stayed at their house Saturday and Sunday night. It was fun hanging out with them and I got to meet my cute nephew Tommy.
